• You have difficulty setting boundaries or speaking your truth

You are carrying unmet needs and emotional pain from a younger version of yourself who was never heard, held, or honored.

My Story: From “Strong Girl” to Soft, Whole Woman
I spent most of my life being “the strong one.” High-achiever. Caretaker. Always holding it together.
But inside? I was exhausted. Anxious. Afraid to be vulnerable.
Until one day, a coach asked me a question that cracked something open:
“When did you first learn that your needs don’t matter?”
I didn’t have an answer—only a flood of memories.
Moments when I felt invisible. Times when I was told to “stop crying,” “be a good girl,” or “don’t be too sensitive.”
That was the beginning of my own inner child healing journey. It changed my life. And now, it’s part of the work I guide others through every day.
How to Begin Your Inner Child Healing Journey
You don’t need to go back and relive every painful memory.
You just need to start listening to the child within you.
Here’s a gentle 3-step practice to begin:
🌱 1. Connect with Her
Find a quiet space. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths.
Now, imagine a version of yourself at age 6 or 7 standing in front of you.
Ask her:
• “How are you feeling today?”
• “What do you want me to know?”
• “What do you need from me right now?”
You may be surprised at what she says—or how emotional you feel.
🌱 2. Write Her a Letter
Use your journal and write a letter to your inner child.
Start with:
“Dear little me…”
Let her know you see her. You’re sorry for what she went through. And that you’re here now, and she’s not alone anymore.
Let your heart speak without filters. Let your adult self become the loving parent she never had.
🌱 3. Create a Safety Ritual
Make space in your daily life to care for your inner child.
It could be:
• Wrapping yourself in a soft blanket and playing soothing music
• Drawing, painting, or dancing freely
• Saying affirmations like: “You are safe now. I’m here for you.”
• Doing something playful—blowing bubbles, coloring, singing
Remember: consistency builds trust. The more you show up for her, the more she will soften and begin to feel safe again.
This Is Not Woo-Woo. It’s Neuroscience and Soul Work.
Modern trauma therapy confirms what ancient wisdom always knew—our nervous systems remember everything. And healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone.
When you begin re-parenting your inner child, you’re literally rewiring your brain, calming your body, and reclaiming lost parts of yourself.
This is the deepest form of self-love.
You Are Not Too Old. It Is Not Too Late.
Some women find this work at 30. Others at 50 or 60. There is no deadline for healing.
Every time you choose to soften, listen, and honor that younger self within you, you are rewriting your story. You are becoming the woman you were always meant to be—not the one you were told to be.
